Trying to get knocked up with a little help from science
we have friends who raise chickens, but zoning laws do not permit them to own a rooster. Each spring, they'll visit some friends who have a rooster and take some freshly laid fertilised eggs, bundle them in blankets to keep warm and place them under some of their chickens. I joked that it's a donor embryo IVF chicken cycle, and like in humans, not all eggs become chicks.
This is too funny!
oh i love this!! lol!! waitingforbabybird.com
We don't have Trader Joe's in Canada. (I know!) Foiled again!!
Ha, ha. Pretty funny.
If only it were that easy! And inexpensive. Sigh.
Fertile eggs??? Are they supposed to taste better or something?? Ha ha.
